Event Overview
Leading through Change Workshop
If things didn’t change, there’d be no butterflies. People need to adapt to overlapping changes in their workplace and personal lives. While a solid strategy and project plan for change can help us avoid disaster, the key to successful change is engagement. Leaders who master the discipline of change management rise to the top of company and community as dependable, positive influencers. Acquire skills you need to understand the best communication practices that will ease resistance to change.
Be prepared for change by understanding:

  • How to share a common language during the change process
  • How to introduce and implement commonly used Change Process Models
  • How to provide information about common obstacles that arise from change

How to discuss and identify tools to help leaders advance in how they lead change

About the Speaker
Tina M. Schuelke
Executive Director Change Management | Communications Center, LLC

After more than 20 years in corporate America, desire for change led Tina to harvest her experience to help small- to medium-sized businesses. She realized her efforts could be spent helping small businesses see great results versus contributing to a few large corporations.

Committed to improving the lives of others in her community, Tina graduated from the Leadership Oshkosh program in 2008 and received her Change Management certification and license in 2012. Nurturing her entrepreneurial spirit, Tina founded Change Management and Communications Center, LLC in 2013.

She offers business and change management support to the New North region of Wisconsin and beyond. Her work with organizations has revealed a greater likelihood to save time and money and improves the quality of life at work. Tina helps manage the human side of change by implementing programs that align employee development and productivity with company goals, ultimately motivating and directing change effectively.
